A quick before and after

Four years after her stroke, this client had plateaued. She could walk, but walking was effortful. Her arm was tight. Balance was precarious. Her neurologist had told her: "This is probably as good as it gets."

We targeted her center of balance and arm spasticity with neuroplasticity-focused training in three intensive weeks (25 hours each) half a year apart. Our home program inbetween. A total of 240 hours of training.

The video shows what happened: she went from struggling to walk to jogging.
